Parish Stewardship Tuition Information
Thank you for believing in the value of a Catholic school. Our faith community is happy to partner with you so that your child/ren experience the richness of a living Catholic faith, the strength and support of a faith community, and benefits of an excellent education, all in keeping with our mission as a parish.
Experience shows us that periodically refreshing everyone’s memory on what that partnership looks like is important. The church community, through the offertory, currently supports our schools with more than 20% of its annual income. This is our commitment to your Catholic children and you as registered parishioners. As partners, your commitment to us so we may offer you the lowest tuition rate available is equally important.
The Annual Parish Stewardship Rate Form is required every year for TFS K-8 and Preschool families. If you have children in more than one of these schools (Preschool or TFS), you only need to complete one form that includes information for all your children.

*Please note the preschool only has steward rates for St. Francis and Our Lady of LaVang parishioners who qualify
Qualifications for the St. Francis Parish Stewardship Tuition Rate:
- Registered parishioners
- Attend Sunday Mass regularly
- One adult baptized Catholic or initiated through the RCIA process.
- All children above age 8 must be baptized in the Catholic Church with a baptismal certificate on file with TFS. If a baptismal certificate cannot be located at home, it may be obtained from the parish where the sacrament was received.
- Your household has an activated account in Realm. Click HERE to activate your account in Realm if you haven’t done so already.
- Active participation at St. Francis of Assisi Church | Parish Church community – volunteering time and talent supporting the parish’s ministry areas.
- Regular, identifiable financial support to the parish through contributions of at least $100 per month, or an amount commensurate with your means, via Faith Direct or church envelopes. (New requirement for 2025 and moving forward.)
- Individuals who are NOT registered parishioners at St. Francis of Assisi and seeking consideration for the Catholic Rate need to use the Parish Affiliation form and send it in to Maggie Vladyka. If you have any questions, contact Maggie Vladyka at maggie.vladyka@stfrancisraleigh.org.
